We are a Fast-growing commercial cleaning company based in Shrewsbury looking to hire a Part Time Administrative Assistant. Position can potentially become full-time.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Directly assisting Dir. Of Operations with various administrative duties
Providing support to Operations Department, field staff and clients
Making monthly calls to current clients (courtesy calls)
Answering department calls
Maintaining client files and information
Assisting with payroll
Generating Reports
Recruiting
Overall Administrative duties
Skills/Requirements:
PT - Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (flexible)
Fully Bilingual in Spanish (required) speak/read/write
Experience in Janitorial/Commercial Cleaning Field (a plus)
Excellent customer service skills
Previous administrative experience (1 yr or more)
Detailed oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word/excel/outlook)
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Strong Problem solving skills, documentation skills, and multi-tasking skills.
Self-Motivated and can work independently with little or no help
Self-Starter
Must be Reliable
