Kings Demo is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator who knows site work, trenching, grading, and house demolition.
We have steady, year-round work and are looking for someone reliable who can operate equipment safely and run jobs with minimal supervision.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate excavators, skid steers, backhoes, loaders
House demo & structure removal
Trenching for utilities (water/sewer/gas)
Backfilling, rough grading, fine grading
Loading trucks & site cleanup
Read plans/elevations (a plus but not required)
Work with laborers and manage the jobsite
Follow all safety procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years equipment operating experience
Must know demo, trenching, and general site work
Valid driver’s license
Must be reliable and on time
Ability to communicate clearly
CDL is a bonus
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
