Job Description

• Partner with SEMS (Clean Earth’s training record system) administrator and EH&S team members to migrate data from legacy EHS Management system
• Develops various Checklists and inspections in Clean Earth’s training system
• Assists with the development of training presentations for EH&S
• Creates internal process for Quality control of data

Qualifications

• Completion of 1 year towards your bachelors’ degree

• Completion of 2 years towards your bachelors’ degree in business
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Highly developed written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English with the ability to speak and communicate effectively and diplomatically across functions and levels, with internal and external customers/vendors
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and tasks from different parties and effectively set priorities and expectations in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Keen attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated
• Ability to collaborate and bridge across functional boundaries
