CLINICAL SUPPLY CHAIN AND LOGISTICSLAWRENCEVILLE, NJ Candidate will be remote until COVID restrictions are lifted. Top 5 must haves:
- Bachelor's degree required with 2-3 years of experience in related field/industry.

- Complete fund set-up and contract management process within ECLIPSE as well as facilitate fund adjustments within ECLIPSE and all other IRT related systems across Clinical Supply Chain and GCO study areas.
- On a bi-annual basis, maintain and monitor IRT budget by assessing study specific input from Trial Supply Managers/ IRT team/and Finance based on ongoing and new IRT study requirements.
- Provide IRT vendor information in support of Transfer of Obligations document.
- Work with NALA to process invoice payments to IRT vendors.
- Keep close track of IRT new contract start dates and end dates.
- Ensure that vendors are not being overpaid for excessive months of maintenance billing and contracts are reflective of current end dates.
- Utilize end dates to ensure that ECLIPSE funds are sufficiently funded for projected IRT needs until study completion.
- Work directly with IRT vendor and CSS / randomization staff to:
- Review quality and accuracy of draft Work Order/CNF.
- Review vendor's proposed budget modification against existing contract values and current CNF.
- Obtain partially executed WO/CO from vendor.
- Archive electronic FE copy of IRT contracts and COs in Ariba.
- Ensured continued support of the pipeline by supporting business processes.
- Served as Contract Coordinator by helping administer/draft/route new Clinical Supply Agreements and archiving contracts within Ariba.
