PROJECT MANAGER HYBRID LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ Hybrid role. Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in business-related area).
- Experience in processes review.
- 2-3 years' work experience, preferably in Corporate Communications.
- Ability to think about solutions and deliver results.
- Proven track record of being organized and tracking actions to completion.
- Experience working in an agile environment and open to constant change.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Strategy & Operations Director to provide operational advice and innovative solutions to the processes within Corporate Communications.
- Contribute towards defining the overall strategy behind our processes, develop execution roadmap and governance to execute on priorities.
- Define and document monitoring process including defining roles and responsibilities working with the processes owners.
- This role will require coordinating with different stakeholders and a hands-on attitude.
- Develop solutions, document the process, and communicate within the function.
- Review our existing tools and processes.
- Perform research in related systems to facilitate communication across our teams.
- Co-ordinate with various teams (as necessary) on solutions for our processes.
- Generate playbook and materials and communicate it within the function.
- Partner with our internal stakeholders in Procurement and IT to review our processes and propose innovative solutions.
