  • Expert in Candidate Attraction and Relationship Building at the Executive levels. Passion for sourcing passive candidates and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong independent judgment, emotional maturity, discretion, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of pharma industry; specifically, companies, competitors, and current events with the ability to translate and influence to support decision-making.
  • Proactively embraces new trends, education, technology, and tools.
  • Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects with solid organizational skills, project management and customer service.
  • Strong contracting skills with the proven ability to establish rapport quickly and develop trusting relationships.
  • Expert level of algorithmic and Boolean search techniques.
  • Strong understanding of technology, social media, HRIS and the nuances and applicability of various recruitment systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in an ethical and professional manner within a highly regulated environment while working with highly confidential information.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Direct experience in Pharmaceuticals or Biotech a plus.
Qualifications:Degree/Certification
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years professional experience in talent acquisition, talent management or human resources role with at least 6 years in an executive recruitment position. Retained executive search experience preferred.
Project Description: The Executive Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise has an exciting opportunity to lead executive sourcing, talent pipelining, and candidate engagement initiatives across the Enterprise in alignment with the executive talent acquisition strategy.The Talent Acquisition Sourcing/TA Lead will partner with the Global Lead, Executive Talent Acquisition to execute sourcing and engagement strategies to support executive candidate pipeline development across the enterprise. The position will be a strategic partner role within the COE with accountability for partnering with T&OE Business Leads, HRBPs, and TA Leads to understand workforce plans, ensuring the Client's proactively attracts and recruits the people that enable us to deliver our mission and business objectives for long-term value creation. The role reports to the Global Lead, Executive Talent Acquisition.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic sourcing strategies that consistently attract top competitive talent by partnering across Talent & Organization Effectiveness, HR functions, business units and external networks.
  • Deliver diverse candidate pipelines through competitive sourcing methodologies to include professional societies, white papers, publications, referrals, proactive internet search, advanced Boolean search, networking, media, employee referrals, networking with appropriate associations, academia, think tanks, symposiums, and conferences.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships globally with TA Leads, HRBPs and hiring managers to support consistent and seamless recruitment delivery. Identify proactive hiring opportunities in alignment with workforce/succession planning.
  • Support development of competitive intelligence reporting to inform and influence decision-making, recruiting strategy to differentiate our company while ensuring competitiveness / attractiveness of the Client as an employer of choice.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, utilizing the Client's Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition to effectively build relationships with external candidates over the short & long-term and to market the Client's opportunities as appropriate.
  • Support delivery of a superior, globally consistent candidate experience while adhering to compliant recruiting and hiring practices.
  • Sustain the highest level of professional acumen in all interactions. Coordinate and participate in industry related meetings to promote our employer brand. Bring knowledge gained and results back into the Client for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and continue to expand third-party relationships while creating win-win partnerships between candidates, business clients and vendors. Support discussions to share developments and best practices globally.
  • Partner with total rewards and talent mobility and share CI for Market Reference Point comparisons and economic relocation packages across industries.
