Matlen Silver is recruiting for an IT Project Portfolio Analyst with experience in Project Management coordination and support that has the ability to record and edit Macros for automated reporting in Excel, understands the SAFe methodology and of the Agile Release Train process, and has great communication and coordination skills to work successfully with the business stakeholders.
Primary responsibilities:- Supporting the Portfolio Director with day-to-day operations of IT programs at the Agile Release Train level. This program consists of 12 Agile teams across the US.
- A major component of this role will be analyzing and visualizing data by recording and editing macros within Excel for automated reporting, and utilizing PowerPoint for report visualization of data that is pulled from multiple sources.
- Agile environment experience (SAFe, Scrum, Jira)
- Project management/coordination
- Report development/automation in Excel (macros)
- Large, fast-paced enterprise experience
- Financial services or Insurance industry would be a plus, but not required
