- Development of state of art Estimation & Sensor Fusion algorithms as related to our various Navigation & Localization use cases.Relevant techniques include variations of Kalman & Bayesian Non Linear Filters, Factor Graphs, ML & AI techniques
- Staying current with evolving techniques & algorithms as well as the expertise needed to migrate these into simulations, analyses and embedded platforms.
- Develop and maintain our suite of analysis capabilities
- Work within and expand our Model Based Design & Systems Engineering workflow especially via the MathWorks toolchain
- Auto code generation and the targeting of various embedded platforms - Xilinx MPSoC, NVidia Jetson, ARM, FPGA
- Consequent Software, Processor & H/W in Loop exercises
- Requirements tracing, Verification & Validation
- GPS/GNSS - signal processing, software defined radios
- Computer Vision as related to navigation & localization applications
- Inertial Sensors - Ring Laser Gyros, Fiber Optic Gyros, MEMS Gyros & Accelerometers
- Aerospace Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC); Robotics Autonomy; GPS/GNSS; Computer Vision, ML & AI; Inertial Sensors; or Radar Tracking & Estimation.Tools & Related Skills
- MathWorks toolchain - Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow; Toolboxes & Blocksets

- Role(s) will be commensurate experience:
- PhD. or Masters with 5 years of experience or Bachelor's with 8 years experience in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years' experience in navigation Kalman filter design, development and test. Experience with modeling and simulation of inertial navigation sensors, algorithm mechanizations and embedded software.
- Working knowledge of inertial navigation algorithms and Kalman filtering as well as modeling of inertial measuring units and GPS receivers.
- Desire to have working experience with C/C and be proficient with modeling and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
