- Should have 10 years of experience in insurance domain
- Should have experience in requirements analysis and consulting of business intelligence analytics engagements in insurance domain
- Should have experience in conducting consulting discovery sessions with senior executives in the client enterprise
- Should have exposure to business intelligence analytics tools
- Should have experience in collecting analysing logical reasoning and interpreting data
- Should have hands on experience in data modelling reporting identifying patterns and trends in data and data quality analysis
- Should have hands on experience in sql queries
- Demonstrate ability to report findings results and recommend next best action to relevant stakeholders
- demonstrate ability to work alongside business to establish business needs
- Should have excellent communication skills both oral and written analytical thinking and problem solving
- should possess basic knowledge of architecture logical pr inciples and appreciation of technologies like mainframe cloud automation
- experience of working in agile waterfall and sdlc models in engagements and liaise with technology teams on defining solutions
