- 5 years minimum product owner and/or project management experience for major brands
- Strong leadership characteristics and ability to lead and organize cross-functional teams to create excellent solutions
- Experience working on web sites or applications with transactional/ecommerce functionality
- Experience leading a Scrum/Agile product team
- Ability to organize requests and prioritize according to business need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of modern digital technologies, tools, and platforms including cloud, ecommerce, and mobile platforms
- Effective presentation skills and experience engaging audiences of all levels
- Experience managing third-party resources and teams (USA/off-shore)

- You will work with Stakeholders to gather requirements for the product roadmap and set priorities
- A dedicated development team will implement features and ensure successful deployment
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and management to define product feature roadmaps
- Gather requirements and specifications and create amazing documentation
- Work with system architects & technical teams to design solutions and plan implementation in quarterly program increments
- Design and document changes to product user journey, system integrations, and dependencies
- Manage and Scrum/Agile product backlog and help developers organize roadmap into features and sprints
- Manage development team/s to build features onSalesforce.comand customer web platforms
- Be accountable for ensuring the quality of releases on the product area, testing and validating that the requirements are met and ultimately accepting the work of the team before going live
- Participate in daily standups and scrum ceremonies, as needed
- Partner with digital platform managers from global to communicate US market needs and champion regional business objectives
- Provide operational support for issues that cannot be resolved by helpdesk
