- Work on supporting salesforce service cloud application with the 24X7 on call support
- Work on the migrating the code using tools like ANT/Jenkins and maintaining multiple environments.
- Work on the salesforce releases 3 times a year and upgrade the environments to the new features of the release and applying the features to production environment.
- Provide the Daily/Weekly status update of the progress of work.
- Work on customization and issue resolution for the functionalities like Email-to-Case, Live agent chat, Web to Case etc.
- Working on feasibility study and analyses of the new features in Salesforce
- Work on Apex code using tools like eclipse, Force.com IDE, developer console
- Work on Salesforce development using Process builder, Flows, Record Types, Workflows, Approval Processes, Cross Object Formulas, Apex Batches, Triggers etc.
- Loading mass data updates and creates using the Salesforce tools like Import Wizard and Apex Data Loader.
- Work on the debugging the issues in Salesforce lighting components used in application.
