Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the Cisco Powered Solutions Cloud Calling strategy and roadmap execution for our Americas and Europe UCaaS customers. As Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS), workplace transformation, employee experience and cloud collaboration technology go through an accelerated consolidation it is imperative that can help enable managed Cloud Calling (Hosted, Cloud and Hybrid) on a global scale to assist customers that want to migrate from on-prem solutions. Deep understanding and product management experience related to Americas and Europe IP Telephony solutions, with specific exposure and expertise with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) and Cisco Webex Calling (Formerly BroadSoft) solution.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree required.This role requires a Product Management experience delivering IPT Telephony and Cloud Calling/Collaboration solutions. Candidate must have a keen sense of the overall market, competitive awareness of the Americas and Europe Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions market and provide critical strategic direction related to domestic and global UC objectives. Candidate will be 100% responsible for the Americas & Europe Cisco Calling business objectives and targets and be solely responsible for the Hosted, Hybrid and Cloud positioning, pricing, bundling, enablement adoption and growth strategy that plugs into our entire UCaaS Cisco Powered Solutions portfolio. Critical to success will be identifying enterprise and partner offers, migrating customers to the next generation meetings platform, regulatory compliance, differentiated solution capabilities, ensuring that lifecycle management and improving adoption services are currently in place. The Senior Product Manager will champion and execute across cross-functional teams and drive solution enablement discussions with Sales, Customers, Engineering, Service Assurance, Operations, Technology & Service Development teams. The successful candidate will be setting objectives and delivering results that have a significant impact on product adoption. The Product Manager will champion projects through the Tata Communications New Product Introduction/ Agile Development process and lead the Cloud Calling UCaaS Workstream that is accountable for the delivery and customer acceptance of the solutions.
