- Experience with monitoring, identification and escalation of issues from Monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Nagios, Grafana and other tools
- Experience in Application specific Monitoring tools
- Knowledge of basic commands and experience working with Linux and Windows machines.
- Knowledge and experience in Basic Autosys functions
- Perform first level AS400 monitoring and experience in performing backup activities
- Experience in working with ITSM tools and also working knowledge on ITIL framework
- Good written and verbal communication skills
