An innovative and more relaxed law firm, with flexible WFH and a start-up vibe has an opportunity for a helpdesk Analyst to join a growing IT team. You get the work in a challenging technical environment supporting a user community that not only respects but also values IT.The team consists of 4 other individuals who are dedicated their work and have built a great reputation for all of IT Support. This helpdesk uses remote access to assist users over the phone. Thye have the right access to the tools and overall environment to troubleshoot varying technical issues from minor to more sophisticated, in a fast – paced and friendly environment.
Responsibilities and Technology:- Troubleshoot Level I and II issues in a Windows 10 environment.
- Heavy Support on Office 2016 / Office 365 and mobile devices,
- Working with iManage, Citrix, AirWatch, Zoom and other technologies to improve the user experience of firm.
- Assist in PC migration and builds.
