Job Title: Information Security Analyst II - Privacy and international transfers

Duration: 6+ months

Include the impact of performing these responsibilities on KPMGI goals and objectivesPrivacy Analyst to support ongoing efforts around Privacy and International Transfers requirements, with a focus on Transfer Impact Assessments for Schrems II.Key AccountabilitiesSupport ongoing efforts around Transfer Impact Assessments requirements for KPMG, including data collection and analysis from a Schrems II perspective.Collaborate and provide guidance and subject matter expertise on privacy or data governance matters to global business groups and KPMG member firms, particularly around Transfer Impact Assessments and Schrems II requirements.Perform privacy impact assessments of IT solutions and review data protection language in contracts.Support the development and implementation of global information management and protection strategy and policies to comply with applicable laws and regulations and meet client expectations; including data privacy, confidentiality, examining cross border data flows and protecting intellectual capital. Technical Skills & QualificationsPlease list the technical skills required to perform this roleExcellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.Excellent, clear, concise and timely communication skills (both verbal and written).Excellent organization, status tracking and recordkeeping skills.Description of level of QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityDemonstrated knowledge related to information privacy issues with regards to evolving technology (e.g., mobile, cloud, global hosting, etc.)Professional privacy or security qualifications such as CIPP and/or CISSP preferredExperience & KnowledgeIndicate the experience and knowledge required to perform the job at a fully competent level.Experience/Knowledge (6-7 bullets max)Please describe below experiences/knowledge required:Four years of professional work experience in the field of Information Data Protection and Risk Management; Preferably for a Global OrganizationPrivacy knowledge, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Schrems II decision requirementsExperience in audit or other assurance activitiesProject management training and experienceBackground working on large-scale international projects and the ability to manage multiple processes and projects at onceParijat BodasAssociate Team Lead
