For our direct client in Northern NJ, a prestigious global firm, we seek an ambitious and talented business professional, a recent graduate or processing 1+ years' experience to join the team as an Operations Analyst.In this role, you will work with business and technology teams within the company, helping analyze and manage requests that are made for software integrations and other changes to the company's systems.Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to requests for systems changes, which come in via Service Now.
- Engage with team members re: application data, provide information, coordinate issues reported by those working with the applications.
- Perform business analysis and create detailed specifications
- Keep track of all open tickets/requests to ensure timely completion
- Monitor, track, and provide regular status to Integration Associate Director on progress of all assigned projects
- Create, review and update materials used as input to business requirements documents, process documentation, training materials, communications and presentations related to assigned projects
- Collaborate with business process leads to gather the high level business requirements, documenting the findings and decisions within acceptable standards and templates
- Analyze the impact to integration points and ensure that design can meet the need
- Support and enable delivery of projects through completion
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, experience with Service Now is a plus,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment to make day to day decisions with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
