- Act as assistant scientist to coordinate and provide test support for assigned new product development project(s)
- Conduct assigned tests in a timely manner and ensure that the project(s) progress according to the agreed timeline
- Be effective in a supporting role on following aspects of analytical initiatives:
- New method development
- Test method qualification
- Analytical exploratory work
- Change Control
- Perform instrument or lab maintenance, such as proper usage of instrument log or other laboratory logs, conduct instrument verification or calibration etc
- Proficient in the operation of trained equipment; Be able to conduct basic troubleshooting
- Effectively Participating the team efforts on SOP review and updates.
- Comply with all applicable SOPs when perform lab duties or conducting tests
- Maintain clean, orderly and safe laboratory work area
- BS or MS in Chemistry with 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of modern analytical techniques such as HPLC, and wet technology.
- Ability to effectively interact and collaborate within an interdisciplinary R&D teams comprised of formulation scientist, microbiologist, R&D quality and analytical colleagues.
- Effective verbal and written skills.
- Ability to accurately follow SOPs and verbal instructions.
