Backed by leading practice thought leadership and proven methodologies, the Workforce Transformation community within KPMG's Human Capital Advisory practice focuses on helping organizations tackle challenges around talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture, and workforce analytics.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting practice.Responsibilities:Particpate in client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture, and workforce analytics

Work with cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management

Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts

Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides

Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach

Qualifications:Three years of relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; preferred two years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred

Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space

Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
