Our client, a leader in the chemical and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sr Product Management Associate to join their team. As a Sr Product Management Associate, you will be part of the High Purity Chemicals business supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Sr Product Management AssociateLocation: Morris Plains, NJPay Range: $60-68/hrWhat's the Job?

Own and drive top and bottom-line growth for the Solvents Portfolio.

Contribute to key product management activities such as product rationalization and raw material strategies.

Drive bottom line growth through pricing strategy and execution.

Lead Voice of Customer discussions to uncover customer feedback and market dynamics.

Collaborate with sales to build customer strategy and growth opportunities.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management, sales, marketing, or a similar role within the chemical/manufacturing industry.

An undergraduate degree or higher in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or Business/Marketing is required.

Proficient in SAP (mandatory), SFDC, and Microsoft Office.

Ability to lead projects and teams that successfully achieve milestones and complete deliverables.

Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with a diverse workforce.
