Job Title: Job CaptainJob DescriptionAs a Job Captain, you will be responsible for completing field measurements and verifying existing field conditions, developing schematic plans, and creating construction documents. You will coordinate the technical aspects of the project, provide code analysis, attend project meetings involving design and construction, and assist in preparing bid packages and contract documents. Additionally, you will coordinate technical issues with project consultants and assist the construction administration team during the construction phase when needed.Responsibilities

Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
3-5 years of experience in public sector design work
Strong background in preparing construction documents
Knowledge of codes
Strong detailing skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Revit, SketchUp, and other graphic and design programs
Eye for detail and ability to see the overall scope of a project
Ability to effectively assemble building components into a complete package
Good interpersonal and communication skills
