Overview
- This position delivers strategic insight into business systems through complex analysis, reporting, and operational activities. Serves as a technical expert on system usage and performance. Determines business requirements and implements appropriate specifications, monitoring for compliance and effectiveness. Assists in identifying and resolving process issues which may involve system testing or development. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts in the work group.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze business requirements to determine processing flow, user needs, and inter-dependencies of multiple information systems.• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyze and break down components to identify a root cause.• Ability to work well independently, be fully accountable, and provide creative solutioning, as required.• Experience with SDLC and agile methodology is expected.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; history of active engagement business partners and stakeholders.
- More than 10 years of experience worked as a technical business analyst, having knowledge on treasury business area treasury, cash management and payment functions
- Technical skills using SQL (SQL server) is a must
- Experience working with data management projects having experience in data analysis, data governance, data quality and lineage
- Experience working in agile and iterative environment including running scrum project as a scrum master and/or product owner.
- Financial industry experience required including functional knowledge of financial instruments like derivatives, FX trades, swaps, caps, cash etc.• Experience with any of the following is a plus: Quantum, Swift, Aladdin, Clearwater, Chatham Financials, Pinnacle, QRM.
