- Certification in networking.
- At least 1-3 years of Network experience
- Bachelors preferred
- Will be working with CISCO and Juniper equipment. Either/Or is ok
- Proactively monitor network for alarms and ticket and resolves issues. We own the issue and resolve
- All engineers take customer calls (Other Client/carrier NOC. Not end user). When they want us to resolve an issue not found from monitoring and alarms they can call us via phone, email.
- When starting shift, login to phone system and be ready to take calls and tickets
- Engage other teams during troubleshooting process
- Also monitor customer emails for issue resolution
- 24/7 environment
- Operate in 3 shifts including weekends and holidays.
