- Certified Scrum Master and/or Certified Scrum Master in scaled Agile framework (e.g., SAFE) and 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Advanced knowledge of agile theory, methodology- including scaling techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation
- Ability to establish goals and objectives that support delivery execution for multiple teams, contribute to the direction of the function and provide advice to the team and delivery leadership
- Ability to lead, plan, execute and evaluate committed work activities to ensure completion of initiatives
- Skill in mentoring, performance management and, using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
- Proficiency using computer applications including MS Office and industry standard Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
