Position will be remote through September. After that remote 3 days per week. Resource will conduct analysis for metrics for Jobs Program and build strategies to support operational processes. Project management for the Energy Efficiency business. There is some financial, but not all. Project/Team: Different teams within the Energy efficiency world (one will help vendors fill their job vacancies, one will work with Energy Evaluation team, 3-4 of them will help oversee vendors execute the energy efficiency programs (we have 10 of them). Responsibilities:Provide timely, accurate and relevant information to Leadership, Project Managers and senior management ensuring integrity and completeness of that financial information to enable strategic decision-making.Provide interpretation and insight of financial performance metrics.Identify, develop and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.Prepare and be able to articulate financial information, and make recommendations, with supporting analysis, to all levels of management.Evaluate financial and operational results; prepare, analyze and communicate monthly and annual forecasts; discuss impact with and recommend corrective action to leadership.Support base rate case, compliance audits and other regulatory needs as required.Maintain and apply working knowledge of Company Standards for Business Controls and meet management's expectations for effective internal business controls.Contribute to the development of strategic plan and related presentation material.Assist in coordinating the preparation of annual budgets utilizing SAP. Requirements:Project Management/Analysis with some financial background Energy Efficiency business is a big plus! Good analytical skills who can communicate well and are quick learners, will be great!Demonstrated ability to extract information from various sources and systems, integrate/summarize into reports using Excel and/or Access, validate, and analyze results.Demonstrated strong ability to manipulate data, data mine and translate complex financial data into decision inputs for business recommendations.Strong ability to design integrative reports using advance Excel functions and/or other data query driven tools.Demonstrated ability to develop, build and maintain dynamic financial models for financial budgeting and reporting.Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.Technical financial and managerial accounting skills.Demonstrated proficiency in financial systems and PC applications (MS Office Suite, e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong business acumen, critical thinking and presentation skills in Finance/Process Management.Strong understanding of general accounting practices.Solid written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management.Ability to apply managerial accounting concepts and present and explain information to associates with financial and non-financial backgrounds.Ability to develop creative solutions.Demonstrated leadership skills.Must foster an inclusive work environment and respect all aspects of diversity.Must demonstrate and value differences in others' strengths, perspectives, approaches, and personal choices.Experience in shared service organizations.Demonstrated understanding of SAP FI/CO. CPA, CMA, MBA or other advanced degree. Experience Level:Advanced: Full knowledge of related concepts.
