Job Summary : "This position is responsible for analyzing, understanding and translating data acquired through digital and direct marketing campaigns to produce insights that help steer the business decision-making process. 1. Performs data gathering, consolidation, integration and analysis, including the creation of analytical insight deliverables. 2. Proactively identify and evaluate potential data sources to create processes that will produce comprehensive customer experience data sets for in-depth customer behavior analysis. 3. Engage business partners and develop insights into high impact areas. 4. Conducts heavy data mining and comparative analysis (data modeling). 5. Map data to user journeys & carve out persona specific insights. Extract, analyze and synthesize data to measure and report on user behavior. Use digital analytics tools to collect data from digital properties. 6. Design and build solutions for Business Intelligence (BI), Data Visualization, & dashboard reporting"" - Delivering analysis in the most suitable format is crucial for our receiving audience particularly, emphasizing the use of data visualization to help give meaningful insight & tell a coherent story. 7.
