- 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Agile and JIRA experience desired
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions including Mandatory and Voluntary (stock split, rights issues, bonus, dividend/interest, DRIP, spinoffs, M&A)
- Good understanding of Asset servicing process
- Project manager or business analyst background
- Track record working for large financial services firms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
