- Must have Healthcare Payer experience. Must possess good knowledge of data, sources and business flows /use cases for a US Healthcare Payer
- 10+ years of experience in Software Development of data-centric systems.
- Hands-on experience in designing, architecting, deploying and maintaining intense data processing pipelines on-prem and cloud (Preferred AWS Cloud)
- 5+ years of experience on Big Data frameworks like Apache Hadoop, Cloudera and its services like Step functions, Redshift / Redshift Spectrum, Athena and Hive
- Hands-on experience with streaming technologies like Kafka and AWS Kinesis
- Good experience with AWS Cloud services / components like (AWS Lambda, Step function, AWS S3, Glue)
- Hans-on experience on Spark with Python and Scala
- Good experience in performance tuning PySpark code, Athena / Redshift SQL
- Experience with API(s) is good to have
- Self-motivated, Good communication and documentation skills
- Interact with client technical and business users to understand the requirements
- Identify scope of the work, milestones, deliverables, acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product team to identify gaps between Product features and client requirements
- Coordinate between different stakeholders to resolve dependencies
- Communicate progress, status to client stake holders
- Design and implement effective big data and data centric cloud based solutions and models to store and retrieve data for reporting needs
- Provide top-quality functional and technical solutions design and execution
- Provide support in defining the scope and sizing of work
- Mentor team of tech leads and developers
