Job Description
Broadridge is growing! We are currently looking for an Associate Operations to join the Stock Loan team in our Newark, NJ office. This is a temporary, contract position.
Responsibilities include:
- You will be Processing contract comparison and working with counterparties to resolve discrepancies
- You will be Accepting loan returns and allocating according to pre-defined criteria
- You will be Communicating borrow returns to counterparties
- You will be Analyzing intra-day activity and providing status updates to front office stake holders
- Communicating outgoing recalls to fulfill internal requirements
- Analyzing daily stock loan buy in activity and providing periodic updates
- Reconciling daily intra-day cash balances between vendor applications and settled depot activity
- Reconciling aggregate cash balances between vendor application and books and records
- Addressing prepay activity and communicating with counterparties to ensure settlement
- Researching and adjusting contract compare activity
- Exchanging of collateral to fulfill settlement requirements
- Agreement of mark to market activity to mitigate and reduce exposure
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years International Stock Loan experience
- Proficiency with the settlement of international stock loan activity across global markets
- Quick-learner that can adapt to a growing business
- Ability to maintain a positive relationships with clients and internal associates alike
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Proven knowledge of operations products and processes
- Strong customer service orientation & strong prioritization and interpersonal skills
- Global 1, Pirium, Equilend and Broadridge BPS experience highly desired
