This role is a key contributor to the overall success of the live business unit, the technical producer supports live events both domestically and globally. A key component of the position is the ability to deploy and manage Audience Response Systems (ARS) at live/virtual and hybrid events. Demonstrating extremely strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience to support the production staff at medical conferences, webinars and virtual conferences are the essential skills required for the events Technical Producer. What You'll Do:Develop and maintain standard operating ARS procedures for live/ virtual/hybrid conferences and symposiumsCreate reports, dashboards, and other tools to effectively collect feedback from attendees and measure progress toward team and organizational goalsWork on location and virtually on various video conference platforms to create live/simulcast webinars and virtual conferencesStrong project management skills and the ability to multitask in an event driven environmentInteract with professionals in the medical communitySupport the production team in a variety of technical capacities in addition to ARS oversightWork in conjunction with the outcomes team entering dataCreate documentation on various instructional technologies
Required Skills Strong team player that takes on challenging projects with a positive attitudeCommunicates well with medical professionals and has a desire to produce high quality live eventsIn addition to being a team player, also a self starter who can take on a project and run with itSomeone who is comfortable in a highly deadline-driven environment, and able to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to rapidly shifting prioritiesThrives in a role that relies on accuracy, attention to detail and consistency of workConversant in webdev as well as video productionSomeone who will support the production team in leading the ARS integration at live and virtual meetings and help in the overall technical workflow in delivering in person/virtual and hybrid events Qualifications:5 + years working in multimedia deliverables and experience working on live/virtual and hybrid eventsExperience and implementation of Audience Response SystemsDigital content and video editing skills, Adobe SuiteExperience in data asset managementWebdev and familiarity with Javascript, HTML and CSS a plusExcellent organizational skills for tracking events timelines and budgets, expertise in Excel and Microsoft Suites, Smartsheet as well as other organizational toolsExperience working on different streaming platforms, Livestream, Vimeo, VMixComfortable with all aspects of Zoom and remote recordingsWilling to travel domestically/globallyVacancy expired!
