Must have reliable transportation and are available for tests during the day, some weeknights (4:30pm tests), and Saturdays when needed. Individual will be handling pre-placement testing for employees and external candidates. Will be reading off a script (similar to SAT proctor). To start will assist lead proctors 3 to 5 times.Will also focus on setting up materials, testing security and potential cheating.Under restrictions of COVID - 25 participants at a time with heavy procedures in place for COVID and social distancingTime is flexible and Saturdays will be required from time to time.
Must be able to and have:Administer and proctor tests (prepare room and test materials - including launch of PC-administered tests; verify applicant identity; read instructions verbatim; accurately time tests; answer questions as appropriate; monitor test taker performance.Administer tests and input test results/scores to company record-keeping system (Excel file/database)Schedule test sessions and invite applicantsMaintain test security, appropriate records and documents, per company and testing practicesProvide a professional, business-like environment for all test takers and ensure that all applicants are treated with respectSelected candidate will receive training and become certified in Edison Electrical Institute (EEI)Strong communication skills, organization and people skillsVacancy expired!
