Looking for professionals that have more depth in terms of internal communications experience, executive communications and/or acquisition & divestiture communications.Summary:Working in close collaboration with the Culture Enablement team, the Enterprise Supply Chain Communications Team and other key communications teams and partners, this role will be vital in shaping and driving the communications strategy supporting the vital behaviors in service of our bold WHAT and Bold HOW across the global supply chain and surrounding ecosystem. This leader will own and lead critical workstreams in the culture enablement program, and be responsible for setting the overall strategy and cadence of engagements with leadership and other groups across the organisation, inputting to culture enablement initiatives and setting and driving the editorial strategy for internal communications vehicles.The Culture Enablement Communications Lead will develop and implement an integrated global strategic communications plan for the vital behaviors as part of the Culture Enablement Program to ensure our 57,000+ member workforce is aligned and engaged with the mission and vision of our organisation to become clear competitive advantage and growth enabler by:Driving growth for customersReimagining innovation of products, services and experiences to delight customersPartnering end-to-end across SC and externally to build new models and initiatives for SCDefining and building culture and capability to think, act and work in service of our Vital BehaviorsResponsibilitiesLead communication function for Culture Enablement, working in close collaboration with Culture Team, Enterprise SC Communications, external partners, and overall communications partners.Lead the development and implementation of effective global communications strategies and tactics aligned to priorities and integrated into regional / sector/segment plans (i.e. Town Halls, Senior Leadership Forums), to build employee engagement understanding of the vital behaviorsOwns and oversees the master communication/enterprise global launch plan for the vital behaviors and plans and manages the design, voice, and packaging of all program materialsServes as central point of contact for the broader Communications community connecting and engaging them on messaging, materials and toolsLiaises with the Communications community to generate visibility of stories, activities and initiatives across the organization which support and demonstrate the Vital BehaviorsResponsible for establishing and executing global content calendar, across all communications channels, including creation and publication of the quarterly HOW magazine.Ensures visibility of the Vital Behaviors activities, progress and successes by identifying and developing narratives to engage and inspire cross-functional teams and liaise with enterprise partners to amplify and create surround sound global communications across all stakeholder segmentsIn conjunction with Culture core team, elevate stories and storytelling opportunities to bring the vital behaviors narrative and behaviors to life.QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.ExperienceMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in communications is required.Key capabilities, knowledge, skillsExperience managing large, complex global communications efforts is requiredAbility to manage agency/external partners and oversee budget is required.Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, matrixed environment is required.Experience with internal communications (i.e. employee engagement, executive communications) and change management experience is preferredAble to handle complex tasks independently yet knows when to seek guidance.Personal Attributes:Live our Credo and Pursue our purpose: Demonstrate and inspire the behaviors and reinforce Our CredoConnect: Create collaborative partnerships to deliver results by inspiring and mobilizing peopleShape: Drive innovation; anticipate and shape industry and market changes to advance health care globallyGrow: Create an environment where leadership, talent development and diversity and inclusivity are top prioritiesApplicants must provide their phone number.
