ACS Solutions has an immediate need for an IT Product Owner with experience in the

Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Industry. This is a 12 Months of contract opportunity and is located in

New Brunswick, NJ. Our client is a leading

Key Responsibilities:

Shape the vision / roadmap in delivering products / platforms features / work oriented around business impact
Shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria
Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories and features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency
Act as the “voice of the customer” within the squad to ensure the squad “builds the right thing”
Plan resourcing for the scrum team
Ensure the products / features / work meets relevant security, privacy & compliance standards
Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
Required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required
5 years of relevant experience is required.
Demonstrated experience in business analysis and project management delivering medium- and large-scale projects in hybrid cloud / managed service models from concept through delivery and operations
Ability to effectively communicate across team and stakeholders and to inspire trust in vision, strategic goals & aspirations
Ability to think creatively about where business initiatives drive technology evolution and to break-down processes and reimagine enabling technology capabilities with stakeholders
Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle

Management model and documentationPreferredExperience with pharmaceutical industry and deep understanding of regulatory requirements and its operating environment is preferred.Demonstrated ability to apply IT knowledge to solving business problems, excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, exceptional service orientation, strong negotiating skills.Influence product roadmaps by developing relationships with product teams, sharing insights and data from customer engagements, and driving executive communication.
