  • Master Degree / B-Tech/BE/ degree in computer science, electronics, IT or another technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Sound knowledge & experience of marketing domain processes spreading across the industry leading tool platform of SFMC
  • Understanding of the Digital Marketing processes including Cross Channel Marketing - Campaign Orchestration, Real-time Interaction, 1-to-1 User Journeys, Next Best Offers etc.
  • Experience in analysing business requirements and map them to technical flows
  • Understanding of CAN-SPAM, Email regulatory compliance, and deliverability elements like Sender's Configuration
  • Experience of Integrating with CRM platform (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud /MS Dynamics etc.) to push/pull data
  • Experience of integrating with web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Various Report configuration and creation.
Technical Expertise/ Skills & Experience:
  • Create and maintain Marketing Automations, end to end Customer Journeys and Campaign Building using Automation Builder/Journey Builder/Message Centre for channels like email, direct mail, SMS, mobile push, call centre, web etc.
  • Understanding of the Marketing Cloud modules Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Web Studio etc
  • Understanding of HTML & Scripting language AMP Script & SSJS
  • Understanding of new modules like Interaction Studio ,DMP ,Einstein ,AI Intelligence tool - Datorama
  • Perform administrator functions such as setup of Business Unit, Users, Profile and Role Management and other account configurations
  • Develop and maintain responsive Layout Templates, personalized Emails templates and Triggered Emails using Media Queries
  • Data Model setup using List, Groups and Data Extensions
  • Opt In/Opt Out Management using Public Lists and Publication Lists
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behaviour
