Core ResponsibilitiesProject Management including tracking and follow-ups associated with CX core agendaAssist in Building and maintaining a valid 6-12 month project portfolio with key details including project milestones (e.g. processes, technologies, programs, priorities, owners, etc.)Create and disseminate regular reports to CX Team and Corporate Tier Leadership.Using inputs from the CX Team, ensure a consistent agenda is created and deployed to other groups (i.e. category families, GS, others)Operational ownership of CX MetricsUsing inputs, develop a calendar for connections related to CX metrics; set-up meeting invites; drive deadlines for deliverables such as pre-readsHelp manage data collection and updates associated with CX metricsDashboard creation and managementExecute against the CX Communications PlanManage CX Digital Assets including update/refresh cycle and publicationAssist in the review, consolidation, archival and updating of legacy CX materials including those found on the CX SharePoint sites (current, future, and legacy)Make connections with other in-flight initiativesCoordinate CX team meetings including notetaking to drive increased performance against executionPartner management to ensure all project deliverables are met within deadline and critical issues are resolved as neededMonitor and help mitigate project-related risksEnable execution of projects through project excellenceDesign and create dashboards to provide data insights and make productivity and efficiency recommendations to CX LeadershipIdentify, communicate, and help to resolve issues, scope changes, variances or other hurdles that may arise during project executionEnsure compliance against all procurement policies and guidelines especially as they relate to CX sourcing activitiesLeverage data and insights to increase connectivity, clarity and partnerships while driving agility and flexibility in our services.Be a strategic problem solver and a leader with very strong project execution capabilityApproximate Percentage of Time - Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities70 - Project Management20 - CX Metrics Management10 - Monitoring/Reporting

QualificationsStrong project management skills, with 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects in Project Manager or similar role.Experience with FPX/Process Excellence/Six Sigma tools and methodologies required.Procurement Experience is required for this roleFamiliarity and/or relative proficiency with core Procurement skills (e.g., contract development, negotiation, request for quotes, supplier management and performance, supply market analysis, Category Management, Procurement Excellence, etc.).Strong leadership, communication (verbal and written), influencing and collaboration skills are required.Individual must be a self-starter with the ability to respond independently to problems.Must be good at communicating across functional levels.Must have strong analytical problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.Ability to show critical thinking is required.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Tableau, Project) is required.Ability to navigate in an ambiguous environment and strong networking and people’s skills is required.Ability to seek and drive continuous improvements and to prioritize requests and propose effective alternatives is preferred.Ability to create and maintain a high level of credibility with key internal customers.Significant business acumen and proven team building skills is preferred.Must have a flexible globally-minded schedule, preference for 10:00 – 19:00 UTCApplicants must provide their phone number.
