The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI) Portfolio Management and Strategy Deployment Lead is a pivotal role that will provide end-to-end visibility to the global portfolio of projects in ODEI in collaboration with cross functional project leaders; driving accountability on milestones, timelines and resources to achieve goals. The ODEI PMO & Strategy Deployment Lead will be responsible for establishing and leading PMO governance and oversight to drive successful execution of strategic projects and transformational initiatives across Company globally. The individual will develop the project portfolio framework and governance to ensure portfolio prioritization reviews, decision making, and alignment to business planning cycles.This role will be embedded within and accountable to the ODEI LT, with strong support and connectivity to the Regional ODEI Leaders.In addition, this individual partners closely with key ODEI stakeholders to ensure management has a holistic view of the total ODEI portfolio, our strategy, and priorities. The incumbent works closely with project managers to manage the lifecycle, provide expertise and consultation on all matters related to ODEI initiatives

Responsibilities• With guidance from the ODEI LT, manage the strategic planning cycle with cross functional engagement and prioritization. Provide decision support, analysis, and structured project portfolio reviews and implications (e.g., budget considerations, resource allocation, etc.).• Drive the implementation of governance processes to manage the portfolio of strategic programs and projects, including providing recommendations on prioritization, resource allocation, and measurement to ensure that business commitments are achieved• Provide recommendations on standard best practices for project management, measurement, and prioritization• Provide direction on development and prioritization of strategic projects in alignment with partners.• Establish program tracking and reporting, to ensure programs deliver their final project objectives, stay on track, financial commitments, benefits realization.• Implement an agile and efficient process to prioritize projects within the portfolio, and flow appropriate resources to ensure benefits are realized• Provide recommendations for effective risk management and corrective action processes to minimize overall program risk and enhance benefits realizationQualifications• Bachelors degree required• 4-6 years of professional experience (e.g., Business, Quality, Project Management, Supply Chain and/or related experience) required.• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices required• Experience leading complex projects required• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail required• Business and Financial Acumen required• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to translate complex concepts for a variety of stakeholders required• Proven track record working in a global matrix environment preferred• Previous experience with budget and capacity planning preferred• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required• Strong planning and organizational skills with a good understanding of priority setting required• Ability to work independently but also in a team required• Stakeholder management and networking skills required• Ability to partner effectively and influence at all levels including senior leadership outside the function and outside Company; demonstrated engagement and facilitation skills at most senior level (VP and above).Applicants must provide their phone number.
