- The Laboratory Systems Engineer will provide Application support for validated laboratory execution and data collection software systems.
- The positions wil be part of a team to ensure reliable 24/7 operation of enterprise integrated Lab systems.
- A successful candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field with at least 3 years of experience preferably in the pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry.
- Experience with GMP, 21CFR Part 11 and lab IT system required.
- A successful candidate will have knowledge of laboratory automation technologies with emphasis on lab execution system (Preferably Biovia Smart lab LES and Biovia CIMS), Empower 3, Nugenesis.
- Must be Experienced with MS Windows Server, experience with SQL and Oracle is desirable.
- Knowledge of LIMS systems and Chromatography systems is very helpful.
- Experience building methods for execution in VelQuest with Biovia Method Builder or building consumable templates and workflows in Biovia Lims is helpful.
- Skills and experience working in diverse, multi-disciplined work groups.
- Experience and/or substantial understanding of Lab system principles and common system vendors' available products.
- Experience with automated laboratory systems and technology.
- Ability to work in a diverse work environment, and manage multiple priorities, and at times, be self-directed in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and communication skill are required.
- Candidate must have a flexible and creative work style with a goal of excellent client support.

- Empower 3: 3 to 5 years
- GXP System Validation/21CFR Part 11: 3 to 5 years
- Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS): 3 to 5 years
