MES FUNCTIONAL TECHNICAL LEAD / PROJECT MANAGERNEW BRUNSWICK, NJ Required Skills:
- MES Functional Technical Lead / Project manager with 12+ years' experience, including strong experience in managing projects in Manufacturing and MES (Manufacturing execution system) domain experience is required!
- PMP or Agile Certified will be preferred.
- 10+ years' Experience in MES and manufacturing domain projects in biopharmaceutical.
- 10+ years MES (Manufacturing Execution System) technical & project management experience is a must.
- 10+ years' Experience with managing project cost, schedule, and quality management
- 10+ years Excellent project management track record/skills Experience in project planning tools like MS Project Ability to work in challenging situations.
- 10+ years Excellent communication & team management skills
- 10+ years Good written and verbal skills & team skills Strong problem-solving skills & proactive attitude
- Participate and drive discussion with customer team to develop detailed project plan.
- Manage the overall program progress & monitor risks to the project Status reporting to all the stakeholders.
- Single point of contact for the project Co-ordination between various groups
- Manage high level escalated issues from project teams.
- Measure project success against budget, original scope, business objectives.
- Engages with Senior leadership for program Governance direction and strategy recommendations.
- Drive the Business requirements gathering though workshops and meetings for MES (Next revision) solution delivery.
