TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics Lead: NJ The TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics Lead will be responsible for providing financial and non-financial modeling in TM1 and the analytics data warehouse. This role will be working closely with the clients teams. This is a great opportunity for the lead to be working with latest technologies in a highly innovative and forward-thinking organization. Analysing and responding appropriately to Business Users queries Drive Implementation. Lead the development and technical efforts for EPM using the IBM PA suite of products. Design innovative solution using best practices and customizing for the business-specific needs. Make the granular design decisions around acquiring, loading data, coding principles. Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing and training. Communicate. You will provide timely and accurate updates on the various initiatives, update on any risks following the set protocols. Collaborate. You will work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure we are delivering a robust solution meeting clients specification. Mentor. You will support and mentor the developers and support teams. Develops, codes, documents and executes unit test, system, integration and acceptance test for functions of high complexity. Create and modify complex business logic into TM1 Rules with flexibility of rules being controlled by business users from a front end (Active forms). Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements pertaining to TM1 Planning Models and Management Reporting Projects along with relevant business processes. Capable of designing complex driver-based forecasting Model in TM1 and replicating that in MS SQL Server Database for BI visualisation Expertise in advanced TM1 rule writing with a thorough understanding of feeders. Design and maintain complex TM1 cubes and dimensions in alignment with industry best practices including strong knowledge of TM1 Rules and Processes Experience on applying performance tuning techniques for TM1 cubes. Experienced in implementing rolling forecasts in TM1 Planning Analytics. Expertise in creating user friendly Interfaces in TM1 and Planning Analytics Workspace Work with IBM on debugging/trouble-shooting incidences and ticket resolution. Develop integrated budgeting and forecasting cubes and templates. Taking ownership of TM1 Planning Project deliverables with adhering to time and quality.
