Tax Return Coach/ Reviewer Needed for Busy Tax Office in Chatham, NJ
Great for retired CPA's/ Enrolled Agents/ or Tax Preparers with extensive Individual Tax Return Preparation Experience - STRONG TAX PREPARATION EXPERIENCE A MUST
We are looking for a knowledgeable tax return preparer to work with our tax professionals to coach/train our tax professionals this tax season. In your role, you would be offering tax expertise and input when questions occur and assist with some other management responsibilities.
This is a Seasonal position.
Leverage your tax preparation skills:
Coach our tax professionals/ be a strong resource for tax-related questions,
Lead our team by training and offering input when needed,
Help develop staff by offering feedback and input,
Assist with office staffing, operations, and logistics'
Skills & Experience:
5+ years as a Tax Preparer a Must
Experience Training or Coaching Staff preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Leadership and supervisory skills to guide and develop associates
Salary $20-$25 Hour based on experience
