Krowne Metal Corporation is proudly celebrating its 70th year in business. As we finalized a very large expansion we are seeking an energetic and detail oriented Customer Service Representative. For this position we need a person responsible for order entry and customer service calls. The ideal candidate must know the real meaning of great customer service and be able to develop an in-depth understanding of our product line.
This job requires a very detail oriented person that possesses excellent organization skills. This person will be responsible for answering product questions, processing orders, prepare correspondence via e-mail, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you will do:
Order entry
Answer incoming customer service calls
Answer product questions and concerns by clarifying the customers situation, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
Go extra mile to engage customers
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
Excellent organization skills
Must be detail oriented
Minimum of 2 year's experience in the customer service field
Intuitive; self-motivated (driven), self-starter
Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
