Our Customer Service Representatives:
Our Customer Service Representatives receive ongoing training to ensure they are knowledgeable of regional energy policies, pricing, market trends and state and local regulations. Customer Service Representatives are supported by a team who is available 6 days a week and can help answer any additional questions you might have.
We are currently looking for a driven-minded professional to join our team. The position is a full-time opportunity designed to involve a hard working individual in many different facets of our business.

Responsibilities will include:
- Understanding clients' requirements and proving accurate information
- Learning and being able to communicate an extensive product portfolio
- Managing and resolving customer service issues
- Providing weekly updates to corporate
- Assisting with Customer Enrollment Forms
Requirements:
- College degree or work experience equivalent.
- Must pass all security and background checks.
- 1+ years of trade related sales experience
- Ability to work at least 1 weekend day a week.
