Our local office is currently hiring for licensed life agents. This position is not just another job because it offers the opportunity to advance rapidly in the firm based on production, not seniority. The duties involved does not require cold-calling, selling to friends and family or door-to-door sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up appointments with clients
- Present and sell policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on client needs
- Marketing Practices
- Business Development
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales or Customer Service background
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong relationship building skills
- Self-disciplined
- Overwhelming desire to succeed
- Own car
- Driver's license
- Clean background
