We are a small local bar & restaurant serving delicious American style cuisine, and need an experienced cook to join our energetic team.
We are looking for someone with at least 4 years experience cooking in different styles of traditional American, Italian, and Irish dishes - who is hard working, organized, creative, and passionate about food and customer service. You will able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment at times, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player, and also able to work unsupervised. You also must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Willing to assist with social media updates.
Applicant must possess:
Food preparation and cooking, plating presentation.
Kitchen upkeep and cleanliness.
Maintaining and ordering stock and supplies.
Menu and Specials planning. Keeping ownership advised to menus and changes.
Following all food safety requirements.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must be able to work with all staff members.
