What You’ll Do
Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm; engage in genuine product conversations and recommendations.
Prepare, portion, and present high-quality deli products with accuracy and care.
Maintain pristine workstations, coolers, and display cases; follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service, quick turnarounds, and a positive store atmosphere.
Take and fulfill catering orders, assemble professional platters, and ensure timely delivery/pick-up.
Assist with case stocking, labeling, slicing, and portion control; rotate stock to ensure freshness.
Address customer questions, resolve issues, and escalate when needed to ensure satisfaction.
Unload, label, and manage deliveries as required; help with occasional event setups and tastings.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in deli, food service, or retail with strong customer interaction.
Passion for hospitality and a friendly, can-do attitude.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and keep a clean, safe work environment.
Familiarity with catering platters, box lunches, and event orders; creativity in presentation is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; reliable and punctual.
Basic math for cash handling and portioning; willingness to learn our systems.
