Job responsibilities include:
Cutting and prepping food for the day.
Great knife skills a must.
Must be fast and able to work with others.
Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
Handle and store ingredients and food
Maintain food safety and sanitation standard
Minimum 3-5 years experience working as a Prep Cook
Must have full time availability and weekends.
