Looking for front of house of house manager for upscale restaurant.
Duties: answering phones and online communications, taking reservations, welcoming and seating guests, managing and scheduling floor personnel, handling complaints and other guest issues.
MUST have prior experience, excellent communication skills in ENGLISH, experience with POS systems. Must be organized, personable, efficient and organized, with an eye for detail and self motivated to problem solve.
