Line cook with Asian cuisine, wok and carbon steelware experience needed for part time work in open kitchen.
Must be organized and clean, able to follow detailed direction, have high volume experience, manage time efficiently, have a strong work ethic and a good, honest demeanor.
Fast and accurate knife skills for garnish.
Ability to multitask and keep an eye on multiple items to maintain consistency is required.
Pay based on skill level/experience and quality of work.
2-3 days per week to start, possibly leading to full.
Jersey City locals preferred.
