Exciting restaurant concept is now hiring a service driven manager. All applicants must be legally allowed to work in the United States. We look forward to hearing from you. The right individual will meet the following requirements.
· High school diploma, additional schooling, certifications preferred.
· 10+ years of quality restaurant/bar management experience.
· Well versed in POS, OpenTable, and third party delivery systems.
· Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
· Be on time and meet your deadlines relating to each task.
· Take full ownership of all front of the house operations.
· Wine, beer, cocktail - knowledge, purchasing, bar operations.
· Ability to hire, train, schedule, inspire and supervise a team.
· Financial acumen, ability to control costs and drive revenue.
· Create standards, policies, procedures, hold people accountable.
· Able to work on your feet for eight hours or more in a day.
· Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction, all the time.
