Bi-lingual ENGLISH & SPANISH is necessary. Assist RN by helping with office procedures. Secures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; and keeping patient information confidential. During the initial hiring period, orientation will be provided that will include all related procedures pertaining to the job requirements, and should any additional responsibilities be delegated, where necessary, the proper training and use of the proper implements / devices / equipment will be provided to assure a safe and effective job performance.
Qualification Requirements:
Certified or accredited home health aide
High school diploma or equivalent preferred if possible.
Experience in caring for the elderly and disable
Verbal and Written communication
Knowledgeable in Infection control
Knowledge of vital sign.
Assist with toileting as needed
Creating a safe, effective environment
Organization Skills
