Our client, a global consumer goods company, is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter/Talent Specialist in Morris County. The Recruiter/Talent Specialist will be a part of a team-oriented environment that aims to excel together.
Salary/Rate: $30 - $40/hr DOE
Position Overview: The Recruiter/Talent Specialist will work normal business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday with some overtime as necessary.
Responsibilities of the Recruiter/Talent Specialist:
Full cycle recruitment
Handle open job reqs wile partnering with TA Manager
Utilize job boards to identify candidates
Conduct phone screens & face to face interviews
Make offers, execute offer letters & coordinate new hire onboarding
Qualifications for the Recruiter/Talent Specialist:
Exposure to different applicant tracking systems
Proficient in utilization of job boards to source candidates
Attention to detail, organizational expertise, multi-tasking ability
Expert knowledge of hiring processes and interview methods
Strong computer proficiency
Education Requirements:
Bachelors or equivalent experience
